ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates for our two current intern openings: Field Marketing Specialist and Field Events Specialist. You will gain hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives and events, including working with AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and personalization. You will work closely with our experienced Field Marketing and Events teams to launch programs that drive our business pipeline through digital, webinars, email, virtual events, and always-on programs. Additionally, you will support the operational aspects of field events, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences.
YOUR IMPACT:
Field Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of field marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute webinars, emails, and paid digital and virtual events.
Analyze pipeline and marketing data — leveraging AI-powered analytics tools where applicable — to identify new target audiences and areas of white space and recommend marketing initiatives to help drive targeted business pipeline.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks for field marketing initiatives including weekly Sales communications, third-party associations, and marketing programs in partnership with our agency partners (swag, print, design).
Assist in tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, using AI-assisted reporting tools to surface insights and report findings to the marketing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and business development, to align field marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with AI, industry, and competitive landscape trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Field Events Specialist Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Field Marketing Events Director to identify areas within the team that can be centralized and streamlined for improved efficiency, including through AI-powered workflow tools.
Create and manage all campaigns for field events in Canada, ensuring consistent campaign setup and streamlined reporting.
Develop reports and dashboards for field event programs, providing real-time visibility into campaign status and performance for business partners.
Work closely with agency partners to centralize and streamline creative projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Rising Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Graduation Dates: December 2026 / May 2027
Strong passion for marketing and event management with a desire to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, AI-assisted writing or analytics tools) and openness to incorporating them into daily work.
Knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM or other enterprise software tools.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in marketing or event management is a plus.
Experience using AI tools for content creation, data analysis, or campaign optimization is a bonus.
Experience with Splash is a bonus.
Previous experience working with or managing external vendors.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment.
