ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Success Guide, you’ll play a critical role in that journey by blending deep product knowledge, hands-on solutioning, and consultative engagement to accelerate customer adoption and outcomes. You will partner with customers to understand their business needs, align them with Salesforce capabilities, and co-create solutions that drive measurable impact. From leading discovery sessions and facilitating solution discussions, to showcasing platform capabilities through demos and collaboratively building prototypes, you will bring strategy and execution together to help customers unlock value faster.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide prescriptive recommendations, best practices, and technical advice for improving adoption.

  • Deliver 1:1 Expert Coaching Sessions and Ad-Hoc Success Engagements.

  • Become an expert in Marketing Cloud and related products.

  • Help customers consistently achieve their business outcomes.

  • Generate positive feedback from customers, internal teams and leadership.

  • Mentor and upskill Guides through peer shadowing, product knowledge transfers, and strategic feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ yrs relevant experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Engagement.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Trailhead Ranger.

  • Agentblazer Innovator Status.

  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and

    - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist ​​or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist.

  • Knowledge of Internet development technologies (HTML, Javascript, XML, API, etc.) is required.

  • Consultative and customer-focused approach and engagement style.

  • Ability to navigate, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer requests.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with a variety of audiences (from developers to C-Suite).

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, collaborate with team members and perform effectively under pressure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Validated expertise through official Salesforce certifications.

  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL.

  • Programming abilities or abilities to read code in one or more of the following languages: Java, PHP, JavaScript and AMP Script.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud and its technologies.

  • Nice to Have: Experience in Marketing on Core, Personalization or Intelligence.

  • Data Cloud certification is desirable.

  • Marketing Cloud Developer Certification is a plus.

Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer work, etc.).
