About the Role

In this role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution as both a architect and a hands-on Agentforce Specialist. You will be directly responsible for implementing intelligent, autonomous AI agents into Salesforce environments to automate complex business processes and optimize customer experiences.

This position uniquely combines deep Salesforce architectural expertise with a specialized passion for AI/Agentic-driven solutions. You will partner with customers and internal teams to translate complex business needs into tangible outcomes, acting as the primary technical authority for helping organizations activate, scale, and maximize their use of Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce Specialization & AI Implementation

  • Agent Design & Deployment: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Agentforce-powered agents, ensuring they meet business logic, compliance requirements, and UX goals.
  • Agent Tuning: Define and orchestrate agent actions, configure and maintain each agent’s topics, and perform continuous testing in customer environments to grow Agentforce consumption.

Architecture & Technical Strategy

  • Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into concrete, high-level technical solution designs. Validate technical viability, scalability, and security of all proposed solutions.
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Define data architecture, data quality standards, and governance protocols (e.g., legal reviews, AI council) to ensure secure and compliant AI deployments.
  • Best Practices & Documentation: Build and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and proofs of concept (POCs). Develop standardized agent deployment processes and advise on software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
  • Customer Advisory: Assess technical/business readiness and map organizational processes through direct customer discovery workshops. Explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms to C-level executives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with cloud-based technologies and architecture principles (including senior Individual Contributor roles guiding engineering teams).
  • Salesforce & AI Mastery: Advanced or expert knowledge of Salesforce, Agentforce, and AI concepts (especially conversational AI and intelligent agents).
  • Data & Integration: Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar enterprise data integration platforms. Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI services into applications.
  • Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Agent Studio/Einstein Bots.
  • Certifications: Must hold relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Sales Cloud.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, self-starting approach to learning new technologies and solving complex issues.

Desired/Bonus Skills

  • Experience leading cross-cloud or multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
  • Multi-Cloud architecture expertise spanning Platform, Sales, and Service Clouds.
