Your primary role is to drive MDP and Mature Open Pipeline within our Key and Top Accounts. You will act as a dedicated partner to an RCG Sales Leader, ensuring that every marketing dollar spent translates into a strategic advantage for their specific sales objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Key and Top Account Marketing Programs: Design and execute high-touch, personalized marketing programs tailored to the unique business challenges of top-tier RCG Accounts.
  • Sales Partnership: Serve as the Field Marketing Partner to an RCG Sales Leader, aligning regional marketing plans with their quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Demand Generation & Acceleration: Move beyond lead gen to focus on deal velocity, using a mix of bespoke executive roundtables, industry-specific content, and targeted digital campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of retail trends (e.g., omnichannel shifts, supply chain resilience) to ensure our messaging resonates with C-suite stakeholders in the RCG space.
  • Field Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of regional events, partner co-marketing initiatives, and local sponsorships that put our brand front and center at key industry moments.
