About our Team

We build and operate Salesforce as the model for the Lean Agentic Enterprise—an agile, aligned, and customer-focused organization that transforms strategy into execution. We do this by running a rigorous operating system that keeps leaders continuously aligned to what matters, enforces transparency and accountability, and accelerates decisions through disciplined governance. We simplify how we work, identify and fund the highest-impact priorities, and remove friction and “bureaucratic sediment” so teams can move faster with greater clarity.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high caliber Senior Manager to drive enterprise-grade execution and alignment across the COFO operating rhythm. This role ensures that decisions made in executive forums translate into timely, measurable action. You will establish and enforce standardized processes, drive accountability, and accelerate execution velocity while maintaining clarity and decision integrity across the organization.

Your Impact

You will be the primary driver of the "Rhythm of the Business" for the COFO, ensuring that strategic priorities are tracked, measured, and communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution & Governance:

    • Lead the COFO operating rhythm as an enterprise “execution engine,” ensuring decisions are captured, assigned, tracked, and completed.

    • Establish and enforce decision integrity standards: what was decided, who owns it, how it will be measured, and when it will be reviewed.

    • Monitor and improve execution velocity: reduce time from executive decision to kickoff.

  • Alignment & Communication:

    • Serve as the single source of clarity on priorities, decisions, and required actions, using Slack-first communication.

    • Ensure consistent reporting and updates for BLT, MBR, and QBR forums, enabling data-driven and actionable decisions.

    • Provide structured guidance to COFO and adjacent forums to minimize churn and prevent re-litigation of decisions.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Track key execution metrics: decision integrity, forum readiness, execution velocity, and alignment signals.

    • Proactively identify obstacles to execution and work cross-functionally to remove barriers.

    • Drive improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and eliminate manual/non-value add work.

    • Aggregate and maintain 'one-stop shop' for KPIs enabling effective COFO leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders outside COFO to ensure timely closure of cross-functional dependencies.

    • Manage escalation paths to reduce last-minute executive interventions due to missing inputs.

  • Strategic Events & Special Projects

    • Leadership Offsites: Design and deliver high-value leadership offsites. You will coordinate stakeholders, secure guest speakers, and structure panel discussions that drive strategic outcomes for Robin’s direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in operations, program management, or strategic execution roles in large, matrixed organizations.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise operating rhythms, governance frameworks, or executive decision tracking.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to translate complex decisions into actionable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable influencing without direct authority.

  • Experience communicating with senior leadership, with the ability to build trust and influence without direct authority.

  • Expertise in process improvement, reporting automation, and execution metrics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Slack-first communication experience preferred.

Desired Attributes:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a bias for action.

  • Strong financial acumen; comfortable interpreting P&Ls, ACV outlooks, and headcount metrics.

  • Ability to simplify complex processes while maintaining rigor.

  • Comfortable driving accountability in ambiguous or cross-functional environments.

  • Thoughtful, proactive problem solver who identifies and removes obstacles to execution.
