This role sits within the GPS Sales Excellence & Enablement organisation and supports the Global Public Sector COE in accelerating and scaling Public Sector sales globally. The position helps deliver strategic guidance, enablement programs, and operational support that empower Salesforce teams to sell effectively into government markets while operating within the legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks required for Public Sector engagement.
Role Description
This role will work closely with the Director of GPS Sales Excellence & Enablement (U.S.) and partnering with the Sr. Manager of Public Sector COE Enablement (U.K) to drive the centralised coordination of Public Sector enablement initiatives across Salesforce Operating Units globally.
Initially, the role will focus on driving compliance awareness and operational execution, ensuring global sales teams understand how to compliantly sell to Public Sector accounts and appropriately engage with Government customers.
Sample projects range from supporting coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to program manage the creation and deployment of Public Sector training programs within the Salesforce Trailhead platform, manage the targeting and assignment of required training, and support global awareness communications via both Slack and Marketing Cloud platforms and tracking, reporting on learner completion via internal tableau dashboards across multiple Salesforce global operating units.
Over time, this role will also contribute to the strategic evolution of Public Sector enablement at Salesforce, identifying opportunities to improve how we support sellers navigating compliance requirements while maintaining the speed and effectiveness of our sales motions.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management execution discipline, along with a relentless curiosity and passion for building innovative enablement frameworks. This individual will help operationalise current programs while also contributing insights and ideas that continuously improve how Public Sector enablement is delivered globally.
Your Impact
Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex concepts into clear guidance, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and drive action from ideas. This impact will be measured by initiatives outlined in your yearly V2MOM (a very transparent goal setting system which tracks your values, vision, methods, obstacles and measures). As one of the most innovative companies in the world, we are also expected individually to contribute to innovating in any area we work. Finally, we are an Ohana (family) culture organisation and look to bring on great people who work well with others and love to celebrate success!
