As the Manager of Social Employee Advocacy, you will own the strategy and execution of our program, evolving it from a general awareness initiative into a scalable enablement program that supports technical credibility and go-to-market priorities. You will mobilize 18K+ employees, specifically targeting "Sellers and Builders" to close build trust with a broad audience.

This role requires a leader who can navigate moderate ambiguity, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and will focus on empowering employees with tools, guardrails, and content pathways that make participation simple, compliant, and aligned with key business moments.

Success will be measured against key performance indicators in areas such as total program reach, employee engagement, financial impact, and the growth of strategic employee cohorts.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Strategy Execution

  • (50%)The Vanguard Program: Identify and support high-engagement employee cohorts through targeted enablement, best-practice coaching, and performance insights.

  • (15%)Niche Gamification: Design incentive programs that encourage consistent participation and alignment with priority campaigns and product launches.

  • (10%) Cross-Functional Coaching: Act as a connector between Engineering, Sales, and Legal to ensure content authenticity and incentive compliance.

  • (10%) Stakeholder Management: Present status updates to leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating the value of the program.

  • (10%) Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with teams across Marketing, Product, and Sales to integrate advocacy into day-to-day practices and drive a unified content strategy.

  • (5%) End-to-End Project Management: Daily tasks include access management, fielding questions from users and content owners, advising on content strategy, building strategic gamified programs, and aligning with key business moments.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of proven track record in content strategy, employee advocacy, communications, and/or digital marketing.

  • Ability to translate content marketing strategies into employee content strategies and build it into social-first, employee-friendly, platform-native content formats.

  • Comfortable using MarTech for program management, tracking data to showcase business impact, and innovative AI forward solutions.

  • A "coach and connector" who can manage project-level budgets and drive employee content strategy and strategic, company-wide content strategy.
