As the Product Manager in the Endpoint Engineering space, you will work primarily with our IT engineers and customers across the company to deliver technology solutions, requests, or projects of moderate scope and complexity. As a PM you work on cross-functional dependencies, strategic requests and executive facing summaries. You will act as a partner to engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to support a leading vision of product development in your space.

Ability to:

  • Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)

  • Work very comfortably with stakeholders at all levels

  • Balance multiple issues, set expectations, and prioritize accordingly

  • Research and respond to customer questions

  • Navigate sophisticated situations involving multiple teams

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for long and short term product vision based on market, business case, and delivery analysis

  • Lead the delivery of the product roadmap incorporating projects, features, and other key initiatives

  • Support executive asks and presentations surrounding the state of our current environment, as well as evaluation of new products and technology opportunties

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, and write user stories with story-level acceptance criteria

  • Effectively negotiate work scope with business partners and Security to align on objectives around time to the market, effort, and scope

  • Contribute to business partner vision at the initiative level, influencing scope and delivery options with feedback

  • Work closely with the team on solution design and execution according to business needs

  • Support product owners on various scrums team to organize and prioritize work backlog and convey business value.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dependencies, anticipate blockers and obstacles, and engage appropriate resources to align and solve

  • Guide business partners through the work intake process, highlighting achievements and artifacts, and understand the value behind them

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a delivery component, representing their team's work with a small number of dependencies

  • Lead and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule

  • Review technical solutions for compliance with business process and objectives

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of related experience in product or program management

  • 3+ years of related experience in infrastructure/security organization leveraging intune and understanding of collaboration technologies (collaboration and meeting tools, voice calling systems, and cloud-based contact center software)

  • Experienced with agile delivery methodology and scrum

  • Experienced with high-profile product and project deliveries in a rapid growth environment
