Responsibilities:
Sourcing, recruiting and hiring Salesforce professionals across a range of roles in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Constantly build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
Be proactive in networking and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
Partnering with other departments (Finance, Legal, HR etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology industry landscape and competitive intelligence
Required Skills/ Experience:
Full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced volume hiring capacity required.
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors.
Experience in managing multiple moving parts & priorities in an ever changing landscape.
Familiarity with the technology market
Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies.
Keen interest in the utilisation of AI to hire more effectively
