Summary:
Salesforce is seeking a visionary sales leader to define the future of AI and data at enterprise scale. As Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales for Agentforce & Data360, you will lead a global specialist sales organization, driving adoption of our most strategic platforms and redefining how customers capture value from the world’s leading AI-powered CRM.
This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing role at the heart of Salesforce’s growth strategy. You will build and inspire world-class teams, define and execute the go-to-market playbook, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, innovative customer experiences at the intersection of AI innovation and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Accelerate Growth: Own global revenue and growth, driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and accelerating adoption of Salesforce’s AI and data platforms across industries and regions.
Define Strategy: Shape the vision and go-to-market for Agentforce and Data360, translating AI and data innovation into measurable business outcomes and championing digital transformation.
Build Talent: Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier, diverse sales talent. Foster a culture of trust, innovation, customer success, and inclusion, while developing the next generation of global sales leaders.
Lead Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver “One Salesforce” — a seamless and integrated customer experience worldwide.
Drive Market Leadership: Act as a visible executive, engaging customers, partners, analysts, and industry audiences at flagship events, including Dreamforce and World Tour. Advocate for Salesforce’s vision in AI and data platforms globally.
Deliver Excellence: Establish disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to ensure predictable, sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years leading large, global sales or go-to-market organizations, consistently exceeding revenue targets; experience at senior executive leadership levels (3rd/4th line) required.
Deep expertise in AI, cloud, or data platforms, with the ability to connect technology to measurable business value.
Proven track record building and executing global go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition, expansion, and adoption at scale.
Transformational leader with experience aligning global teams around a bold vision.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, partnering effectively with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Executive presence, highly credible with C-suite stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Analytical, operationally disciplined, and comfortable as a public-facing thought leader.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
