Description
We're looking for a Sales Specialist with expertise in selling complex software solutions in MDM and PIM, to join our Specialist Sales team in the United Kingdom. This is a remote / hybrid role covering the UK & Ireland, focused on developing new business and supporting sales teams in existing accounts.
You will report to the Sales Manager, Specialist Sales.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
Complete complex enterprise MDM sales cycles, consistently achieving and exceeding quota quarterly and annually.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Field Marketing to identify new business opportunities and execute marketing campaigns to build the pipeline.
Develop tailored business proposals that highlight the value and difference of Informatica's MDM solutions.
Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and sales reporting to management.
Develop relationships with alliance partners to coordinate resources and maximise opportunities.
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, marketing-generated leads, and partner referrals.
Lead cross-functional teams including legal, professional services, and consulting throughout the sales process.
Communicate regular product updates and industry trends to customers and prospects.
What We'd Like to See
Experience selling complex software solutions in MDM, PIM, or related enterprise data management domains.
Experience with high-value deal closure and pipeline management within software sales.
Comfortable engaging at senior and C-level executives within large enterprises.
Experienced in identifying and evaluating complex business challenges to develop effective solutions that align with company goals.
Effectively collaborates with internal teams and partners to drive results without formal authority
Understanding of data governance, MDM project lifecycles, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Coordinates and collaborates with other teams and partners to create outcomes and support sales goals without direct managerial authority..
Role Essentials
7+ years in enterprise software sales in data management or SaaS solutions.
Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills with Salesforce CRM proficiency.
Experienced in coordinating efforts within virtual and diverse functional teams to drive project outcomes.
BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
