ES People Advisor is a member of the Employee Success People Advisors Team based in India and provides ES operational support to employees across the APAC, AMER, EMEA & Japan region. This role reports to the Manager, APAC ES People Services and is the first point of contact for all employees who require HR support. Therefore, this role is critical to ensuring the success of our employees at salesforce. Our focus is building and delivering an amazing experience for our employees using our own trusted Customer Success Platform.

We are looking for a candidate with a thirst for learning, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic and high-growth environment and is experienced in supporting a variety of HR disciplines.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Senior ES People Advisor include but are not limited to the following:

* Provide superior customer service to employees via our customer portal and emails.

* Using our case-management solution assist employees in a timely manner regarding HR queries and issues

* Support our centralised knowledge base; close knowledge gaps by creating, updating and improving knowledge articles to keep information relevant for employees

* Liaise effectively and collaboratively with other teams to resolve employee queries

* Maintain appropriate levels of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist Employees

* Proactively identify process improvements, and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process that enhances the employee experience

* Participate in global and regional projects to further enhance ES Shared Services processes for a seamless employee experience with positive outlook

* Ensure the accuracy of the internal Shared Services Community process documentation

* Ensure compliance with audit requirements by completing work correctly and timely

* Other duties and project work as require

Required skills/experience:

* 2 to 4 years of Experience in HR process and programs

* Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for AI technology and continuous learning

* Experience with Workday HCM or another HRIS desirable

* Knowledge of Case Management tool and HR Agentbots

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Experience working in HR shared services organisation for an established company is ideal

* Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities

* Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities

* Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills

* Work effectively in a team environment

* Deep knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint

* Proven problem solving skills

* Should be a quick learner and comfortable with data
