Are you a master of the Co-selling motion? Do you have the tactical grit and strategic vision to scale revenue through a high-performance partner network? We are looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager to lead our collaborative sales engine and dominate the market alongside our allies.
This isn't a "sit back and wait" channel role. We need a Co-selling Powerhouse who knows how to align internal sales teams with top-tier partners to win the biggest accounts a plus is to know Telco, CPG, and Retail industries.
Your goal is to architect and execute a world-class Co-selling strategy. You will be the primary bridge between our technology and our partners’ market reach, ensuring that "better together" isn't just a slogan, but a consistent revenue driver.
You will
- Co-sell with Excellence: Orchestrate joint sales engagements between our direct sales force and our partners (GSIS AND SIs) to close complex enterprise deals. Develop and execute tailored partner programs specifically for the assigned territory.
- Do Joint Business Planning (JBP): Co-design 12-month growth roadmaps with Tier-1 partners, aligning quotas, marketing spend, and technical certifications.
- Do Pipeline Orchestration: Take full ownership of the co-sell funnel, ensuring lead sharing, deal registration, and collaborative closing are seamless and transparent.
Must-Haves
- The Track Record: 5+ years of experience in Channel Management / Partner Sales with a consistent, verifiable history of overachieving annual quotas.
- A plus is Industry Authority: Deep expertise in the digital transformation landscapes.
- The Orchestrator: Expert at influencing "cross-company" teams. You know how to motivate a partner’s sales force to prioritize your solutions.
- Strategic Closer: Comfortable navigating C-Level negotiations and structuring deals where everyone—the customer, the partner, and the company—wins.
