You will help deliver reliable systems and scalable infrastructure to support customer success as priority. We are looking for database engineers at Junior level to take responsibilities to provide solutions to maintain the best services and customer experiences through salesforce applications.

Your Impact:

Come up with innovative ideas to improve performance, scalability and resilience in a large-scale platform

Implement comprehensive functional and system-test for your area of responsibility and for overall database quality

Debug, conduct root cause analysis, diagnose defects

Actively participate in database automation and feature enhancement on premise and in Public cloud platform.

Responsibility and accountability for the availability and reliability of all Production Databases.

Working with other Engineering teams to triage issues.

Define, develop and deploy system monitoring requirements/thresholds as well as corrective actions. Improve the system reliability via predictive analysis.

Collaborate with and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders on resiliency initiatives.

To Participate in production Incident Management / Escalation Management call and be able to drive the incident to resolution.

Provides technical and platform support to multiple customers and stakeholders that use the production systems.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience deploying distributed applications using containers (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE)

2+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including building and operating production-grade infrastructure

2+ years of database engineering experience (relational, NoSQL, or both)

2+ years of Linux system engineering experience

2+ years of scripting or programming experience in Shell, Python, and/or Golang

Practical experience using AI tools — such as AI coding assistants or generative AI — to speed up development, automate workflows, or improve infrastructure quality

Experience with log management and analytics platforms such as Splunk or the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Willing and ready to participate in a 24/7 on call rotation.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with PostgreSQL

Experience in any of the monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, etc.,
