We are seeking a strategic and mission-driven Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of Agentforce Public Sector Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the next generation of government services, moving beyond simple systems of record to intelligent platforms that transform the citizen experience.

The Role
As a Director on this team, you will sit at the intersection of technology, market strategy and GTM execution . You will lead the product vision for critical government workflows, ensuring our solutions are not only compliant and secure but also intuitive enough to serve diverse populations. You will define a roadmap that balances continuous innovation with the urgent requirements of agency leaders, ensuring our products deliver both revenue growth and public impact.
Key Responsibilities
Vision & Roadmap: Own the product lifecycle for key Public Sector domains, identifying high-impact opportunities to modernize legacy government processes.
Strategic GTM: Partner with Sales and Marketing to craft compelling value propositions and Go-To-Market strategies that navigate the complexities of government procurement.
Domain Leadership: Serve as a high-level advisor on specific public sector verticals, ensuring the product addresses the nuances of policy, equity, and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with engineering and design to prioritize features that solve real-world "paperwork hurdles," making services like benefit distribution or licensing more seamless.
Executive Advocacy: Represent the Public Sector product suite to internal executives and external government stakeholders, articulating how our platform drives efficiency and public trust.
We are looking for a leader who brings deep expertise in one of the following tracks:
Product Strategy & GTM Expert
Growth Mastery: A background in scaling enterprise-grade SaaS products, specifically focusing on product-led growth and market expansion.
Category Strategy: Experience defining "What’s Next" for a product line, including entering new markets or repositioning existing tools to solve emerging industry problems.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes for government CIOs and program directors.
Core Qualifications
Leadership Experience: 10+ Significant experience in a product leadership or strategic advisory role, with a track record of managing complex stakeholder environments.
Problem Solver: A natural ability to take messy, bureaucratic challenges and distill them into elegant, scalable product solutions.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills; the ability to move comfortably between a policy briefing with a Governor’s office and a roadmap review with developers.
Impact-Oriented: A genuine passion for using technology to improve the lives of citizens and the efficiency of public institutions.
