What You'll Do

  • Advise Strategically: Co-create account strategy and own the technology vision alongside your Account Executive.

  • Build C-Level Trust: Become the go-to advisor for CIO/CTO/CDO contacts navigating transformation.

  • Lead the Solution Cycle: Drive engagements end-to-end — from discovery through close — with the extended account team.

  • Deliver the Vision: Build customized demos, ROI business cases, architectural concepts, and executive presentations.

  • Win Together: Lead RFP strategy and represent Salesforce at industry and partner events.

  • Elevate the Team: Mentor peers and share expertise to raise the bar across Solution Engineering.

The Mindset We're Looking For

An inquisitive, out-of-the-box thinker who gets energy from translating complex technology into clear business outcomes. You're curious about AI, passionate about the automotive industry, and love sharing what you know.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Enterprise B2B Sales/Presales.

  • Deep Automotive/Manufacturing industry knowledge with a digital transformation track record.

  • Ability to translate technical features into executive-level business value.

  • Strong communication and executive presence.

  • Native-level German (C2) and professional English.

  • Based in or around Munich or Frankfurt, Germany; travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience working within Manufacturing or Automotive.

  • Hands-on with SaaS and AI Agent Platforms.

  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, especially Automotive Industry Cloud and Agentforce.

  • Familiarity with Digital Operating Models, design thinking, and cloud architecture.

  • Experience with European data sovereignty and enterprise AI compliance.
