Description

Salesforce is looking for a high-impact, data-driven Product Marketing Lead to help design and execute the awareness and adoption strategy for Success Plans. This role is critical in ensuring customers realize the full value of their Success Plan investment.

You will be responsible for translating complex offerings into simple, customer-focused messaging and executing programs that increase awareness and engagement. Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Partners, you will help ensure customers and sellers understand how Success Plans accelerate time to value, improve productivity, and support long-term growth. Success in this role means more customers choosing, using, and realizing value from Success Plans.

Key Responsibilities

Execute awareness and adoption programs

  • Plan, execute, and iterate marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of Success Plans across digital and events.
  • Create and distribute adoption-focused content that shares best practices to help our customers be successful with Salesforce
  • Partner cross-functionally with Cloud PMM teams to activate campaigns across key customer touchpoints.

Enable sellers and partners

  • Create decks, talk tracks, FAQs, and playbooks that help sellers and partners better understand Success Plans and when and how to bring Success Plans into customer conversations.
  • Work with sellers to deliver targeted content designed to help their accounts increase Success Plan adoption.

AI-first approach

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, including drafting campaign assets and enablement materials.
  • Use AI to synthesize research, analyze customer insights, and identify trends that inform positioning and programs.
  • Apply AI to scale personalization and tailor messaging for different audiences and customer segments.

Show up clearly and confidently at events

  • Shape how Success Plans show up at Dreamforce, World Tours, Salesforce+, webinars, and field events.
  • Help identify the right stories, speakers, and demos to help drive Success Plan awareness and adoption, without overcomplicating the message.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, services marketing, or go-to-market roles, supporting complex B2B offerings.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, practical messages for sellers, partners, and customers.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset and a bias for action.
