Overview of the Role:

Salesforce is looking for a curious and energetic Commercial Account Executive with knowledge of technology and value-based solution selling to join our team in Spain. As a trusted partner, you won't just sell the Salesforce platform — you'll work alongside AI agents to accelerate revenue and drive real outcomes for your customers. This role covers our full platform across a focused set of Commercial and Enterprise accounts, where you will act as the strategic lead, mapping account plans, aligning internal resources, and serving as a true extension of your customer's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted digital advisor to current and prospective customers, deeply understanding their business challenges and goals to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with co-primes, solutions architects, and sales engineers to build and execute winning account strategies.

  • Evangelize the Salesforce platform to help customers reach their business goals and drive measurable impact within their organizations.

  • Contribute to pipeline growth through proactive inbound and outbound prospecting and disciplined sales forecasting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong technology sales experience (5+ years, preferably in Software or Business Applications) selling across multiple industry segments.

  • Proven track record of net new business development and consistent quota overachievement in the Spanish market.

  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and demonstrated revenue achievement.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with formal Sales Methodology training or certification.

  • Ability to develop business cases and lead strategic alliances with key stakeholders.

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing at the executive level.
