Description

About the Role We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented communications professional to serve as a dedicated communications partner to a senior executive within the PACE & AFD360 Operating Unit. This role is the engine behind executive visibility — building the narratives, decks, and talk tracks that enable the executive to show up with impact, and sourcing the right opportunities to put them in front of the right audiences. What You'll Do Executive & Internal Communications

  • Build and own quarterly communications on behalf of the executive, including Quarter Kick-off and End of Quarter messages across Slack and other channels

  • Drive initiative communications, including weekly pipeline emails and bi-weekly BLT updates

  • Lead end-to-end planning for All-Hands Communications (AHCs) — decks, agendas, speaker coordination, and logistics

  • Join customer meeting debriefs and draft follow-up notes on behalf of the executive

  • Draft and maintain the executive's annual V2MOM, revising throughout the year to reflect evolving priorities

Events & Executive Enablement

  • Build compelling talk tracks, content, and presentation decks that prepare the executive to speak at CKO, World Tours, Dreamforce, Salesforce TV, and 3rd party events (Cannes, NRF, Davos)

  • Source, vet, and secure speaking opportunities — keynotes, panels, roundtables, and media appearances — that align with OU priorities and the executive's positioning

  • Recommend and coordinate peer or customer speakers for executive roundtables where appropriate

  • Own all event logistics and production coordination, serving as the primary point of contact with production teams so the executive can focus on delivery

  • Coordinate agendas and calendar communications for Leadership Team onsites and offsites in partnership with the EA

Public Relations

  • Partner with PR counterparts to develop talk tracks, prep materials, and Q&A for articles, external panels, and speaker appearances

  • Identify and evaluate inbound and outbound PR opportunities; make recommendations on fit and prioritization for the executive

  • Amplify executive appearances via social and internal channels

  • Support board logistics, agendas, and role preparation on behalf of the executive

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in executive communications, content strategy, or a chief of staff-adjacent role in a fast-paced tech environment

  • Exceptional storytelling skills — you can translate complex business priorities into clear, compelling narratives for any audience

  • Strong judgment in evaluating speaking and PR opportunities against strategic goals

  • Experience building executive-ready decks and talk tracks from scratch

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and at the executive level; discretion and professionalism are a must
