The Experience
The CSG Account Partner (AP) is a passionate and strategic sales leader responsible for selling the full portfolio of Success Cloud offerings to designated accounts. This person must be a strategic problem solver with enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional skills, demonstrate high energy, and bring strong sales management experience. The AP will earn the right to be a trusted advisor to the customer, with the primary goal of helping customers generate significant business value from their Salesforce investment. Success in this role is measured by year-over-year (YOY) growth in overall services bookings and revenue.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Develop and execute a territory plan and personalized account plans for each customer, aligned with their business goals, to deliver year-over-year Success Cloud revenue growth.
Exceed CSG Success Cloud growth and bookings, ensure organizational health and customer satisfaction goals as a regional leader
Engage senior decision-makers, especially C-level, using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce as a long-term strategic partner and trusted advisor.
Build compelling solution visions and communicate transformative outcomes that align with customers' strategic goals, motivations, and desired business results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with License Sales and Alliance/Partner organizations to drive customer success, organizational health, and customer satisfaction as a regional leader.

Proven experience in consultative sales, consistently exceeding quota in complex, enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience selling and/or delivering professional services in large-scale, complex pursuits.
Ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across large organizations.
Strong forecasting discipline, pipeline management skills, and ability to progress opportunities accurately and on time.
