Description
The Experience
The Associate Product Manager role sits within the MuleSoft team, at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You'll be part of a team focused on enabling our go-to-market motion — building and scaling demo environments that bring our products to life for customers and prospects.
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to own our demo strategy end to end. You'll partner across teams to build, configure, and maintain demos that support product launches, customer engagements, and large-scale events — making a direct impact on how we show up in the market.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Build, configure, and maintain demos for events, launches, and customer presentations — including realistic data, automation, and persona-based access
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop and execute demo strategies and ensure cross-functional alignment
Develop and manage automated provisioning, teardown, and monitoring processes for demo environments
Create and maintain documentation for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
You're Our Person If...
You have experience building and managing demos, including provisioning and supporting the infrastructure needed to run them
You understand product lifecycles and customer demonstration needs in a go-to-market context
You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support time-sensitive requests across cross-functional teams
You're proficient with AI tools and comfortable troubleshooting technical issues under pressure
Even Better If...
You have experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
You're familiar with demo automation tools, self-service provisioning platforms, or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
You have a background in DevOps, infrastructure, or technical operations, ideally in a SaaS environment
You have experience supporting large-scale events or managing demo logistics
