As a Strategic Events marketing apprentice your role will be to promote Salesforce brand and products at our Strategic events and related communications.
Under the supervision of the Strategic Events Lead, the Strategic Events marketing apprentice will work daily hand-in-hand with the full marketing team (incl. Press relations, field marketing, partner marketing) as well as with Sales, Solution Engineer, Partners alliances teams etc
You will also work closely with the Events team at EMEA and US levels as one team.
Key Responsibilities: Support the organisation and execution of our French Salesforce Strategic events (e.g., Salesforce World Tour Paris, third-party events). This involves event facilitation, logistics, internal communication, target audience engagement, vendor management, production aspects, and presentations. The role covers all audiences, industries, and products
Work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and successfully execute our Strategic events programs
Follow-up project deadlines and delivery
Drive audience acquisition by supporting and executing targeted registration strategies, through external and internal communication plans
Develop dashboards & reports to track registrations across the different events activations
Monitor and effectively utilize our event support tools to ensure the seamless execution and success of our events, such as as registration tools, scanning tools, scoring tools in synchronization with our HQ and/or EMEA teams
Analyse internal and external event best practices to develop innovative events concepts in order to engage new audiences and promote Salesforce brand
Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors)
Complete pre- and post-event assessment, ROI analysis, identifying recommendations for improvement
Coordinate post-event follow-up activities, including gathering feedback from participants, ensuring proper communication of next steps, and analyzing data to refine future event strategies, leads managements strategy
Understand Salesforce's DNA, brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
Required:
You are a 2027 or 2028 graduate (Master degree) from all academic backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all local and international stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills (in English as well)
Fluent in French and in English language
Good organisation skills with capability to manage projects and deadlines successfully in a collaborative and extremely fast paced environment
Experience in events management is a plus
Autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and good doer/team player mindset
