Member of Technical Staff (MTS) — Full Stack & AI (Node.Js, React Js, AWS)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will build scalable, intelligent systems that leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities while maintaining robust backend and frontend applications. You will be part of a collaborative, innovation-driven team pushing the boundaries of full-stack development and AI/ML integration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and best practices
• Build and optimize microservices architectures for scalability and performance
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into production systems, including LLM-based agents and AI workflows
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, Python, and Node.js
• Create responsive, performant frontend applications using React.js
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for high-performance applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid experience with Node.js backend development

• Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python for backend services
• Hands-on experience building and deploying microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (design, optimization, and querying)
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical experience integrating AI into applications
• Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs (Claude, Gemini, GPT), and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
• Experience with modern development practices: Git, CI/CD, testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Understanding of system design and distributed systems concepts
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and production debugging
• Open source contributions or technical writing/speaking experience

Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern UI frameworks
• Backend: Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI/Django), REST/GraphQL APIs
• AI/ML: Claude API, Gemini AI, LangChain, agent frameworks, MCP servers, prompt engineering
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems, API design, distributed systems
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, vector databases
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, serverless
• Tools: Git, Linux, monitoring/logging tools, testing frameworks
