The Experience

The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) team creates world-class executive briefing experiences for Salesforce's most strategic customers, and the SIC Analyst is at the heart of making those moments happen. In this role, you will partner with a SIC Strategist to deliver polished, seamless Strategic Engagements while independently owning the full lifecycle of Experience-Only Meetings — from intake and scheduling through day-of execution and follow-up. You will report to the Senior Director of SIC, AMER, and collaborate cross-functionally with partner teams across the business. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Coordinate all experiential and logistical elements for assigned Strategic Engagements — including scheduling, catering, room setup, and day-of operations — ensuring every in-center experience reflects Salesforce's brand standards

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Experience-Only Meetings, including intake, agenda preparation, speaker coordination, and post-meeting follow-up communications

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for experience operations, proactively anticipating and resolving day-of needs in partnership with the SIC Strategist

  • Track program metrics, contribute to team process improvements, and collaborate with internal partner teams to support broader SIC operations

You're Our Person If...

  • You bring 2 to 4 years of experience in event coordination, executive programs, customer-facing roles, or operations

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment

  • You are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Even Better If...

  • You have knowledge of Salesforce's platform and product portfolio

  • You have experience in a customer briefing center, executive engagement program, or similar environment

  • You are familiar with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Agentforce, ChatGPT, Copilot) or interested in building AI-enabled workflows

  • You have familiarity with sales processes and go-to-market strategy
