About the Role

As the Associate Analyst, Field Marketing – ASEAN, you will be the on-ground execution engine for some of the most strategically important marketing programs in the ASEAN region. Based in Singapore, this role sits at the heart of field marketing for Singapore and SMB event delivery across ASEAN markets.

You will partner closely with the Singapore marketing lead, country sales teams, and agency partners to deliver seamless event logistics, precise audience generation, and real-time coordination across a high-frequency, multi-format event portfolio.

What You'll Do

Singapore Field Marketing

  • Serve as the primary on-ground execution resource for Singapore marketing programs, including events, roundtables, and agency-focused engagements

  • Coordinate speaker logistics, attendee experience, venue setup, stakeholder briefings, and all on-site operations

ASEAN SMB On-Ground Event Support

  • Deliver hands-on execution support for SMB events across ASEAN markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia

  • Own venue coordination, invite management, attendee check-in, and on-ground facilitation to ensure a seamless delegate experience

Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage relationships with local event agencies, AV vendors, and venue partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality event delivery

  • Drive procurement onboarding, vendor briefings, and budget tracking to maintain operational integrity

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or marketing operations, ideally within the enterprise technology or B2B SaaS

  • Exposure to multi-market ASEAN marketing operations preferred

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple events across geographies simultaneously without dropping a ball

  • Comfortable working with agency and vendor partners, with a sharp eye for cost management and quality control

  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in any ASEAN language is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel within ASEAN for on-ground event support
