What You'll Be Doing

As a Territory Account Executive on our General Business team in Mexico, you'll own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of mid-market accounts. You're not just selling software — you're helping some of Mexico's most dynamic companies transform the way they connect with their customers using the world's #1 CRM platform.

  • Drive a bold customer acquisition strategy that delivers strong year-over-year revenue and bookings growth across your territory.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close — with speed and precision.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; forecast your business with discipline and accuracy.
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across industries like retail, financial services, manufacturing, and more.
  • Partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to craft compelling, differentiated value propositions.
  • Stay sharp on the local competitive landscape and position Salesforce to win in the Mexican market.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as a Territory or Account Executive selling software or SaaS, ideally into mid-market or General Business accounts in Mexico or Latin America.
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment and overachievement.
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions at the C-level.
  • Strong pipeline generation, forecasting, and funnel management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Mexican business culture and market dynamics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated, high-energy, and driven by results.
  • Comfortable navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple internal teams.
  • Fluent Spanish required; business-level English is a plus.
