Your Mission
As a trusted strategic advisor to C-level executives at our most important Technology & Software accounts, you will guide them through the transition to an AI-powered future - using Salesforce Data, AI, CRM and the Agentforce Platform as the foundation. You will build multi-year strategic partnerships that deliver measurable transformation and position Salesforce as the indispensable
partner for the Agentic Enterprise era.


What You'll Do

  • Strategic Account Leadership - You are the CEO of your territory. You develop and execute long-term account plans, orchestrate all available resources, and ensure every customer interaction drives meaningful progress toward their transformation goals.

  • C-Level Engagement & Advisory - You build deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and enterprise architects — not just for today, but with a 3–5 year strategic horizon in mind. You are their primary advisor when it matters most.

  • AI-Driven Storytelling - You craft compelling, tailored narratives that bring the Agentic Enterprise vision to life for each customer. You translate cutting-edge AI capabilities - from predictive analytics to autonomous agents - into concrete business outcomes and competitive advantages.

  • Virtual Team Orchestration - You lead and inspire a cross-functional team of Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, industry experts, and professional services specialists. Aligning and energizing diverse virtual teams is one of your superpowers.

  • Complex Deal Management - You navigate multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with precision - from initial discovery to close. You maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene, deliver accurate forecasts, and manage stakeholder complexity at scale.

  • Enterprise Architecture Acumen - You engage confidently with IT leadership and enterprise architects, understanding their existing technology landscape and articulating how the Salesforce platform delivers a cohesive, scalable, and AI-ready architecture.

  • Industry Thought Leadership - You are a credible voice in the Technology & Software sector - bringing unique perspectives on AI disruption, industry trends, and competitive dynamics that create value beyond the product itself.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, IT/strategy consulting, or account management - with a consistent track record of exceeding quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Proven ability to sell transformational solutions to large, global enterprise accounts at the C-level.

  • AI-native mindset: Deep familiarity with AI, large language models, and agentic systems - and genuine excitement about what they can do for enterprise customers.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), with the ability to hold your own in architectural discussions.

  • World-class storytelling and presentation skills — you can craft a compelling narrative and deliver it confidently to a room of senior executives.

  • Executive presence and gravitas to be credible and influential at the C-suite level.

  • Proven project management skills and experience orchestrating large, cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in both German and English.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • A genuine "builder" mentality - you don't just manage accounts, you architect the future of your customers' businesses.
