What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Public Sector BDRs across inbound and outbound prospecting motions
- Create a high-performance culture built on accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Leadership to align go-to-market activity
- Drive team performance through data, metrics, and hands-on coaching
- Own pipeline quality for the Public Sector Sales team — consistent, qualified, and ready to convert
- Stay nimble — adapting team focus as business priorities evolve, including the rapidly growing AI and Agentforce opportunity
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales team
- Deep understanding of pipeline generation and the BDR's role in the revenue engine
- Public sector experience or genuine curiosity about the government and education landscape
- A data-driven coaching style — you use numbers to develop people, not just track them
- A genuine passion for mentoring early-career talent and investing in their growth
- Adaptability and calm in fast-moving environments
