Description

  • The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling enablement programs for Salesforce's partner ecosystem in India — covering System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and Regional System Integrators (RSIs).

  • This role serves as the primary enablement owner for the India partner community, ensuring partners are trained, certified, and equipped to successfully sell, implement, and advocate for Salesforce solutions — including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the broader Salesforce platform.

  • The impact of this role is directly tied to Salesforce's ability to scale partner competency and readiness in India. By designing and delivering targeted enablement tracks, certification journeys, and go-to-market readiness programs, this individual accelerates partner-led pipeline and deal velocity.

  • The role also plays a critical part in elevating the quality and depth of Salesforce expertise within India's partner ecosystem, ensuring partners can confidently deliver customer outcomes and drive Salesforce's growth agenda.

Requirement:

  • 8–12 years of total experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, alliances, or enterprise technology, with at least 4–6 years directly in partner/channel enablement roles.

  • Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering enablement programs for SI/GSI partners in the India market.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions, co-selling, and partner readiness frameworks.

  • Experience driving partner certification programs and managing large-scale enablement events.
