Our team sells the full Salesforce product portfolio Customer 360 platform into sub-verticals of the Retail / Consumer Goods industry, partnering with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. We are looking for a Named Account Executive to manage a top retail and consumer goods brand, playing a critical part in pipeline generation, deal execution, and relationship-building with senior stakeholders. The role is based in London (hybrid).

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Manage a top-tier account, driving revenue growth and strategic account expansion aligned to the customer's business objectives.

• Own pipeline generation and early-stage sales cycles, proactively identifying new opportunities within the existing account base.

• Build effective relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.

• Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions that address key industry challenges such as omni-channel commerce, personalisation, and AI-driven insights.

• You are able to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and collaborate effectively in a strategic sales environment.
