Sr. Analyst, Field Marketing, LATAM
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Scope: Plan and execute marketing activities in selected countries such as Colombia, Perú and Chile. Alignment with sales leadership and execution of events, 3rd party sponsorships and executive engagement.
The Senior Analyst of Field Marketing is a dynamic, results-focused marketing professional who will own the end-to-end marketing planning and execution for selected countries in Latin America.
This is a crucial execution role that requires a hands-on, execution-oriented professional who can thrive in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment, with accountability for driving pipeline and growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Planning: implement the integrated marketing plan for selected countries in Latin America, focusing on B2B events, customer acquisition and expansion.
Events Execution: execute events in various formats including large-scale events (+1k attendees), executive engagement activities and industry tradeshows/sponsorships.
Leadership Alignment: ability to create trust and deep relationships with sales leadership and other stakeholders. .
Lead generation and development: Partner closely with sales on full funnel campaign execution.
Performance: Own key business metrics such as pipeline generation, marketing driven pipeline, audience qualification and others.
Budget management: create purchase requisitions and purchase orders and execute follow-up on procurement processes.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven field marketing experience, including relevant experience on events execution, ABM and executive engagement activities.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and create trust with senior leadership.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to understand and effectively translate messages for senior leadership, sales, and marketing audiences.
Collaboration: Natural collaborator and relationship builder who thrives in a matrix organization, working effectively across different disciplines, time zones, and cultures.
Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (native).
