The Experience

Are you ready to be at the forefront of Agentforce and Data 360 activation? If you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, go deep technically, and can engage at the executive level — and you want to write the playbook, not just execute it — this team is for you. AFD360 operates with the energy of a startup within Salesforce.

About AFD360
AFD360 is a small, high-impact agentic activation team. We engage when customers have purchased Agentforce and Data 360 but haven't yet realized value. We work in the most critical phase of the customer lifecycle — the space between purchase and production — where data readiness, architecture, security and compliance, integration complexity, evaluation, and production hardening consistently prevent customers from seeing results.

Our mission is to prove the path to production, build the customer's capability to sustain and expand it, and hand off cleanly. We remove the blockers that most often stall AI deployments.

What AFD360 is not
We are not an implementation team or a long-term execution owner. We guide, enable, and build the customer's ability to execute agentic use cases so they can sustain and scale independently. We measure success by activation outcomes — agents in production with active usage — not by activity.

We're hiring across two profiles — and the best candidates often blend both:
  • Guiders: Expertise in feasibility, activation strategy, orchestration, executive-ready communication, and customer capability development.
  • Doers: Skilled at removing hard blockers, hands-on agent building, grounding and evaluation, production hardening, and navigating integration realities.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Prove the path to production — Partner with customers to shape use cases that deliver measurable business value, then define a credible, executable path to a production-grade agent with active usage.
  • Optimize underperforming agents — When live agents aren't driving value, diagnose what's broken — instructions, grounding, topics, evaluation — and fine-tune to improve accuracy, adoption, and business impact.
  • Drive production readiness — Lead grounding and evaluation, guardrails, observability, and runbooks ("trust-by-design") so agents earn approval and sustain usage.
  • Build customer capability — Provide hands-on guidance and capability development so customers can run, harden, and expand independently.
  • Serve as the expert overlay — Unblock decisions, align stakeholders, and drive coordinated C360 orchestration with clean handoffs to FDE, Professional Services, partners, and Success.
  • Close the ATR → NCR gap — Accelerate adoption and consumption ramp on agents that are live but not yet scaling.
  • Chart the expansion roadmap — Define the "what's next" plan: next-best agent, sequencing, dependencies, and the adoption and consumption path that makes expansion inevitable.
  • Scale what works — Document winning patterns, equip Regulated Industries teams, and feed learnings back to Product and AI SMEs.
