In this role, you will work on Missionforce, Salesforce products supporting mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, Aerospace, and Allied Nations. You will help create new design patterns and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring bold ideas to life.
You will lead the team in shaping and articulating a compelling product vision, applying expert visualization skills, thought leadership, and close partnership with product and technology leaders. You will immerse yourself in the full end-to-end experience design process, from storyboards and journey maps to high-fidelity mockups and functional prototypes.

Mission Impact:
Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices.
Experimental Mindset (Plus): Experience or a strong interest in leveraging AI tools (like Cursor, Replit, or LLMs) to explore, prototype, or automate design workflows.

Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.
10+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.
Ability to travel as needed to customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civilian or public sector agencies.
Background in defense/aerospace industries or operational military/logistics experience.
Experience working in or adjacent to secure environments.
