The Experience

The Territory Account Executive is part of our Commercial Sales team in Switzerland, responsible for managing a focused set of named accounts across the full Salesforce platform. Think of yourself as the "General Manager" of your patch — mapping account strategies, aligning resources, and acting as a true extension of your customers' teams. You will work closely with co-prime product specialists, solutions architects, and sales engineers to deliver the best possible outcomes for your customers.

We are looking for a Territory Account Executive who is curious, energetic, and passionate about value-based solution selling and helping customers blaze new trails within their organisations.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Lead the full sales cycle across a named account territory, developing and executing account strategies that identify and qualify new opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Act as a trusted digital advisor to customers — deeply understanding their business challenges and strategic goals, and collaborating with them to position Salesforce platform solutions that deliver real outcomes.

  • Work closely with co-prime specialists, solutions architects, and sales engineers to align the right resources and craft the most effective strategy for each customer.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment as a valued member of the broader Salesforce organisation.



You're Our Person If...

  • You have a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience, with the ability to map account strategies and drive opportunities through to close.

  • You are skilled at customer discovery — uncovering current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals through research and value-based hypothesis selling.

  • You thrive in a matrixed environment, aligning effectively with account teams, partners, and internal resources to support deal and customer success.

  • You are fluent in German and English and can communicate clearly and confidently across a range of formats and audiences.



Even Better If...

  • You have experience with sales methodology frameworks and strategic alliance development.

  • You have a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
