We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Agentforce Service to lead this transformation. Covering an Enterprise territory in Germany (with a strong footprint in Transport, Logistics, and Services), you will act as the strategic overlay to our Core Account Executives. You are not selling professional services or consulting hours; you are selling our market-leading AI and software platform designed specifically for the customer's internal and external service domains.

You are the Subject Matter Expert for our Agentforce Service software suite. While the Core AE owns the broad customer relationship, you own the strategy for transforming their service departments through our technology.

Your Role: The Service Platform Expert

- Drive the Strategy: Partner with Core AEs to identify opportunities within the accounts where our platforms can revolutionize the customer's operations.
- Speak the Language of Service Departments: Engage eye-to-eye with Heads of Customer Service, IT, and HR, as well as C-Level executives. You deeply understand their operational KPIs and how our software improves them.
- Sell Agentforce & AI: Articulate how our AI platform resolves routine cases autonomously and empowers the customer's human agents to focus on high-value work.
- Orchestrate the Win: Lead the sales cycle. You are no order-taker; you drive the strategy, coordinating Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to prove the platform's value and close the business.
Who You Are: We hire someone who fits into one of these three profiles:
- The SaaS Seller: You have successfully sold complex Customer Service, Contact Center, or ITSM/HR software solutions. You know how to navigate complex SaaS deals and want to sell the market-leading platform.
- The Transformation Consultant: You come from a System Integrator or Consulting background. You have guided Service Transformation projects or implemented Service platforms and are ready to pivot your technical expertise into a highly commercial, revenue-generating sales role.
- The Industry Practitioner: You have managed a Customer Service function or led a strategic technology transformation project on the client side. You understand the buyer’s pain because you used to be in their shoes.
What You Bring:
- Language Skills: Fluent, business-level German and English are absolutely mandatory for this market.
- Technical & AI Affinity: You don't need to be a developer, but you must have a strong grasp of the technology, systems, and AI models driving modern service operations.
- Consultative Mindset: You can explain complex AI concepts to an executive in simple, impactful business terms.
- Collaboration Skills: You thrive in a team setting. You know how to build trust with highly experienced internal Core AEs to drive a joint strategy.
