About the Role
Salesforce Data 360 empowers organizations to unify, enrich, and activate their data to drive AI-powered business transformation. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead Data 360 sales across key enterprise segments in Korea, covering Hightech, Automotive & Manufacturing, Telcommunications, and Digital Native accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies across assigned accounts in High Tech, Automotive & Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Digital Native industries
Drive new pipeline generation and deal closure across assigned territory accounts
Engage C-level executives (CDO, CTO, CMO) and key data/IT decision-makers with compelling business value propositions
Understand customers' data strategies and AI transformation roadmaps; position Salesforce Data 360 as the platform of choice
Own and achieve annual revenue targets (ARR/ACV) with accurate quarterly forecast management
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and Partner teams throughout the deal cycle
Identify expansion opportunities through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell within existing accounts
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to sharpen differentiated positioning
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
8+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, preferably in data, cloud, or AI/ML solutions
Proven track record selling into Hightech, Automotive, Telco, or Digital Native industries
Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite executives and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
Solid understanding of data platforms (CDP, DWH, ETL, MDM) and related ecosystems
Consistent track record of closing multi-million dollar SaaS/subscription contracts
Fluent in Korean with strong business-level English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling or working with Salesforce products (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)
Background in data governance, AI-powered personalization, or customer data integration projects
Experience structuring deals through partner ecosystems (SI, ISV)
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architect)
