Description

Sales Strategy and Operations is a pivotal function at Salesforce, driving profitable growth at scale through close collaboration with senior leaders across the UK and Ireland. As a Sales Strategy Analyst on the UKI Core Sales Strategy team, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations — delivering insights that directly shape the decisions of sales and cross-functional leadership.

You will join a diverse analyst community embedded within the UKI Core business, with significant visibility to senior leaders and the opportunity to own high-impact projects from day one. This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with UKI sales leaders to drive day-to-day execution, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, productivity tracking, and business reviews.

  • Build dashboards and analytical tools that surface performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Contribute to the operating rhythm of senior UKI leadership — including quarterly reviews, strategic planning cycles, and ad-hoc high-visibility initiatives.

  • Define and operationalise go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, capacity modelling, and coverage design, while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Some experience in business analytics and sales operations/strategy, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL; experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and presentation tools such as Slides or PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.

  • Growth mindset with entrepreneurial energy and comfort operating through ambiguity.

  • Ability to work from our London office at least 3 days per week.
