Overview of the Role
The Associate Technical Project Analyst will join the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Paid Media organization in Seattle, WA. In this role, you support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives while helping evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and automated workflows that improve team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution by configuring project management tools and AI integrations to capture baseline statuses, quality-assure automated outputs, and drive accountability on next steps.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans that align technical and non-technical stakeholders across the Paid Media organization.
- Monitor project and system health by identifying unspoken risks, investigating workflow disruptions, and resolving roadblocks across cross-functional teams.
- Research, pilot, and champion new AI tools and automated workflows that advance PMO process innovation and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in project coordination, program management, operations, marketing, or a related field; internships and relevant academic experience considered.
- Demonstrated ability to organize information, summarize discussions, and communicate next steps clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in modern project management platforms (e.g., Workfront), collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace), and familiarity with basic workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring workflow automations or system integrations in a professional or academic setting.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to project management or operations workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic technical workflow issues independently.
