Description

About the Role

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM — and we're not just building the agentic enterprise, we're hiring for it. As the Director of Data Analytics for Recruiting, you'll sit at the intersection of talent strategy and data intelligence, transforming raw hiring signals into the insights that power one of the most consequential recruiting organizations in tech.
This is a high-visibility role at a pivotal moment. We're not just tracking the talent market — we're building the systems that predict it.

Your Impact

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on recruiting intelligence, competitive talent analytics, and workforce insights

  • Partner with Recruiting and ES leadership to define metrics, forecast trends, and deliver strategic recommendations that influence hiring decisions at the highest levels of the organization

  • Build and scale analytics infrastructure — including automated data systems, dashboards, and intelligence pipelines that surface competitive signals in real time

  • Drive the vision for agentic analytics workflows — architecting AI-powered tools that crawl data repositories, predict emerging talent trends, and generate tactical, data-backed recommendations before the market catches up

  • Synthesize competitive intelligence from job postings, talent movement, and skills signals across 100+ companies to inform recruiting strategy and role positioning

  • Present to senior leadership with clarity and conviction — translating complex analytics into compelling narratives that shape business direction

  • Champion self-serve analytics so recruiters and partners can move faster and smarter

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce intelligence, or a related field

  • 5+ years managing or leading analytics teams

  • Deep fluency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar), and data modeling

  • Experience building and scaling data pipelines and intelligence systems

  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders through data storytelling

  • Familiarity with talent market analytics, competitive intelligence, or recruiting operations

Preferred

  • Experience applying AI/ML or agentic workflows to analytics use cases

  • Background supporting HR, Recruiting, or Employee Success functions

  • Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Workday, Gemini, Draup.

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the roadmap is yours to write

How You'll Succeed at Salesforce

You're someone who doesn't wait for the market to move — you see it coming. You believe the future of talent strategy is built on predictive intelligence, not reactive reporting, and you're ready to build the systems that make that real. You lead with Trust, act with urgency, and bring Innovation to every dataset you touch.
At Salesforce, we strive to create an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates.
