We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to own high-touch event experience programs that drive engagement with Salesforce's most important accounts. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, field sales, and experiential — responsible for delivering meaningful, measurable moments for top accounts, SICs, CABs, and ABM-targeted audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

This Senior PMM will own high-touch event experience programs targeting Salesforce's most strategic accounts, including Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) engagements, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), Third party events and ABM-targeted activations. Core responsibilities include:

  • SIC & CAB Program Ownership — Lead end-to-end planning, strategy, and logistics for Salesforce Innovation Center engagements and Customer Advisory Board sessions, including agenda development, speaker prep, account team coordination, and post-event follow-up.

  • Top Account Event Strategy — Partner with field sales, Chief Customer Office (CCO), and account teams to design curated event experiences that accelerate pipeline and deepen executive relationships with named top accounts.

  • ABM Event Activation — Collaborate with ABM and Demand Generation teams to develop targeted event programs aligned to account-specific priorities, ensuring relevant product narratives and content reach the right stakeholders.

  • Event Messaging & Content — Develop and adapt Agentforce Sales messaging for executive audiences attending SICs, CABs, top account engagements and 3rd Party events — translating portfolio value into compelling, tailored conversations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work in lock-step with Events & Scaled Programs leadership, PMMs, AEs, CCO leads, and SE teams to ensure alignment on event strategy, coverage, and execution.

  • Measurement & Reporting — Track engagement, pipeline influence, and program outcomes; publish insights to optimize future programming.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of product marketing, field marketing, or event marketing experience — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Demonstrated experience running executive-level programs (CABs, SICs, EBCs, or equivalent)

  • Strong storytelling skills — able to distill complex product value into clear, executive-level narratives tailored to specific accounts and personas

  • Experience with ABM strategy and working closely with field sales and account teams

  • Highly organized with strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and the Sales/Revenue technology within the ecosystem a strong plus
