This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact advisory team serving as a strategic engine for regional leadership. The role is based in Dubai or Riyadh, and covers the Salesforce Middle East region (incl. GCC, Egypt, Levant, Pakistan). The position requires individuals able to develop deep insight into the business dynamics of large, sophisticated enterprises and help shape customers' transformation agenda. This role is an exciting blend of frontline commercial execution and long-term strategic thinking.
1. Business Value Services (BVS) & Commercial Strategy
You will drive the quantitative and commercial elements of our largest deals, ensuring our solutions align with customer financial targets.
Experience in a Top-Tier Strategy Consulting Firm is strongly preferred
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create and quantify insights
Communicate financial models and strategic recommendations effectively to CxOs
Build and deliver compelling Investment Justifications to secure funding for Salesforce solutions
Put together attractive deal structures and articulate the value of commercial proposals during negotiations
Work with Enterprise and Commercial sales teams to define the commercial strategy
Prioritise sales initiatives based on problems, value creation potential, and customers' strategic priorities
2. Customer Advisory & Advocacy
You will be an evangelist for Salesforce transformation, driving early-stage engagements and crafting narratives that inspire action.
Work closely with account teams and customers to identify and analyse key business value drivers
Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers' businesses at scale
Create and deliver C-level compelling propositions as a basis for strategic technology decisions.
Act as a strategic partner to our most ambitious customers
Possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally with prior experience operating as a customer or in a trusted advisory/consultancy capacity
Be a proficient public speaker and customer storyteller
3. Industry Advisory
You will leverage cross-vertical knowledge to establish market relevance without being siloed into a single sector.
Demonstrate deep domain expertise by bringing direct experience in 1-2 relevant industries, either in a senior leadership role or as a strategic consultant
Establish industry credibility and strategic relevance in the markets we serve
Leverage elevated points of view and a trusted advisor approach to enable Sales, Solutions, and GTM teams to engage customers as subject matter experts and strategic partners—not salespeople.
Create and publish customer-facing POVs on AI, tech modernisation, and broad industry trends
Identify and prioritise applicable use cases for Sales Play execution across diverse accounts
4. Account team & sales leadership support
You will support the regional leadership team, ensuring alignment and impact at the highest levels.
Provide structure, insight, and leadership to help sales teams drive opportunities over the finish line
Build credibility with C-suite customers and partners, adapting your delivery style to drive influence at every level
Be self-sufficient to create, deliver, prioritise, and manage work independently
Build trust and alignment across sales, product, marketing, and partner teams to drive success
