We are looking for a dedicated Regional Vice President to manage a team within our Digital Sales organization for Africa. The role will lead all aspects of a diverse team of Digital Account Executives in the Marketing and Commerce cloud business.

You'll be a valuable contributor to the Corporate Sales strategy in Europe whilst providing definition and implementation of the plan for EMEA Sales to achieve corporate objectives.

Your Impact:
We are seeking to hire an inspiring individual who will have responsibility for running the sales team covering the Africa markets within our growing Digital Sales operation.

  • Supporting Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

  • Ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training duties

  • Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories

  • Coaching and professionally developing Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification

  • Consistently supervising and improving the sales activities of the team

  • Building a strong go to market strategy for your territory

  • Contributing to Salesforce's brand awareness and positive perception in the market

  • Being a strong partner to the internal recruiting team, driving initiatives to push for diversity & inclusion

  • Developing the Go To Market strategy for the region



Basic Requirements:

  • Strong demonstrated and validated software sales experience in Africa

  • Ideally MarTech and Commerce sales experience

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • Proven sales leadership experience

  • A passion for building a thriving and diverse team

  • Proven track record to create, lead and inspire impactful teams

  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills

  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to encourage and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)

  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A team-player who understands to collaborate across different business units and functions
