Description

We are looking for Executive Assistants to contribute to the growth of Mexico. This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals who are united by a strong sense of teamwork, service, and excellence. Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day schedules in such a way that the executive can complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, meetings with collaborators and customers, etc.
  • Proactively manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, release cycles, fiscal calendars, current projects, team needs, and Dreamforce.
  • Book appropriate travel within Salesforce’s travel policy, taking into account travel Visas, costs, and proper documentation.
  • Effectively collaborate with employees from other groups within Salesforce and Senior Executives inside and outside the company, and recognize key players within all organizations.
  • Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business-related meetings as requested.
  • Other administrative and project duties as requested.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 + years of administrative experience in a global software organization, with a strong track record of supporting fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Highly resourceful and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to execute administrative activities with precision, organization, and a process-driven mindset.
  • Experienced in setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinars, Google Meet, and conference calls).
  • Strong collaborator and team player — confident in proposing process improvements and working cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain a broad internal network across the company.
  • Intermediate-level project coordination experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to engage clearly and professionally with senior leaders and external partners. English fluency required.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior management in a dynamic, innovative environment.
  • Comfortable working within large, distributed administrative teams.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Google Meet). Experience with Quip, Slack, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.
