Overview of the Role:
The Cloud Account Executive drives new and expansion revenue across the Swedish market, focusing on Salesforce's Service Cloud portfolio — including Agentforce Service (Autonomous AI Agents), Field Service, Service Cloud Voice, and Digital Engagement. You will operate as a specialist overlay, partnering closely with Core Account Executives to co-sell into existing enterprise accounts and win net-new business, while carrying a dedicated product quota. This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will operate as a specialist overlay, partnering closely with Core Account Executives to co-sell into existing enterprise accounts and win net-new business, while carrying a dedicated product quota. This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full specialist sales cycle for Service Cloud opportunities — from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close — across the Swedish enterprise market.
- Develop and execute a targeted territory strategy across the Service Cloud install base, whitespace accounts, and prospects, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce CRM.
- Lead high-impact conversations with enterprise customers around Agentforce Service, helping them deploy autonomous AI agents to automate case resolution, appointment scheduling, and scaled customer operations.
- Partner with Core Account Executives and internal teams to map accounts, identify Service Cloud opportunities, and enable internal teams to qualify and frame Agentforce and Service Cloud pipeline.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of enterprise value-selling within contact center software, customer service platforms, or Customer Experience (CX) technology, with consistent quota attainment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts in a matrixed sales environment.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-level stakeholders.
- Full professional fluency in Swedish and English; legal right to work in Sweden required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling Autonomous AI Agents, Conversational AI, or Field Service Management solutions.
- Familiarity with co-selling alongside Core Account teams in a specialist or overlay capacity.
- Experience navigating large enterprise accounts in the Swedish or Nordic market.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required by business needs.
