We're looking for a Regional Sales Director who doesn't just lead a team — they build a movement. You'll own the Enterprise business across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and LATAM (ex-Brazil), driving a high-performance team of Cloud Account Executives specialized in Agentic Analytics. What You'll Actually Be Doing
Lead and develop a team of Cloud Account Executives focused on Sales Cloud + Data & Analytics (Data Cloud, Tableau, CRM Analytics) across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and LATAM.
Set and execute an aggressive new business acquisition strategy for the EBU segment, generating strong year-over-year ACV growth.
Drive a data-driven operating model: own pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance metrics with rigor and precision.
Establish and maintain executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CDO, CIO, VP Revenue Ops) at enterprise accounts across the region.
Partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing to build a world-class go-to-market motion for data-driven Sales Cloud deals.
Coach your team to position Agentforce as the next step in the data maturity journey: clean data → insights → autonomous AI agents.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent — building a destination team known for its culture, performance, and data expertise.
Stay ahead of the competitive landscape: Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, Google Cloud Analytics, AWS Analytics, Teradata.
You're Our Person If...
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 3+ years in a first-line or second-line sales management role.
Proven track record of leading teams to consistent quota overachievement in a new business (hunter) model.
Deep understanding of the data & analytics ecosystem — you can speak fluently about data warehouses, BI tools, ETL, and CRM data.
Experience leading teams across multiple LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina preferred).
Strong operational excellence: forecasting, pipeline management, and territory strategy are second nature.
Ability to build trusted C-level relationships and position data transformation as a business imperative.
Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
Native Spanish speaker; business-level English required.

You have experience leading Enterprise Sales teams
You've built or scaled a specialist AE team in a data or analytics go-to-market motion.
You have strong knowledge of high-data-maturity industries: Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Telco and Public Sector
You're familiar with Agentforce and can articulate how AI Agents deliver ROI on top of a clean, unified data foundation.
You have experience co-selling with partners and SIs to accelerate complex, multi-product deals.
