We are looking for a Tableau Account Executive who understands that data is the new oil — and knows how to help companies monetize it.

In this role, you will bring Salesforce's Tableau Agentic Analytics platform to Enterprise accounts, transforming how organizations see, understand, and act on their sales data. If you're excited about selling intelligence, not just software — this role is for you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Lead data transformation conversations with Enterprise clients, positioning Tableau as the unified Agentic Analytics platform.
  • Thrive in a consultative and complex sales model — from initial discovery through closing high-impact deals.
  • Identify opportunities where clients have fragmented, siloed, or unactivated data, and build ROI-driven business cases.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Solution Engineers and Core Account Executives to design end-to-end Agentic Analytics solutions.
  • Position Agentforce as the natural next step: clean data → insights → autonomous action with AI Agents.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent methodology (MEDDPICC or similar).
  • Navigate multiple lines of business: Sales, Services, Marketing, IT, and the C-Suite.
You're Our Person If...
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with exposure to data, analytics, BI, or CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in new business (hunter) — not just renewals or expansion.
  • Experience selling to profiles such as CDO, VP of Sales Ops, VP Revenue Ops, CIO, or CFO.
  • Mastery of consultative sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Ability to connect a data use case to a concrete business outcome (revenue, efficiency, churn).
  • Knowledge of the data ecosystem: data warehouses, ETL, CRM data, sales pipelines.
  • Native Spanish speaker; business-level English desirable.

Even Better If...
  • You have experience selling Tableau, CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, or competing platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAS.
  • You have led deals where the data component was the entry point into a broader platform.
  • You're familiar with industries with high data maturity: Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Telco, Public Sector.
  • You're familiar with Agentforce and can articulate how AI Agents are powered by clean, unified data in Data Cloud.
