The Experience
You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, specifically in revenue management, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or related solutions. You understand complex B2B sales cycles and know how to position technology that transforms how companies manage their revenue operations. You bring strong business acumen, a consultative approach, and the ability to engage credibly with both technical and executive stakeholders.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Managing the full sales cycle for Agentforce Revenue Management solutions across a defined territory in Switzerland, from prospecting through close
Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their revenue operations challenges and positioning solutions accordingly
Collaborating with internal teams including solution engineers, customer success, and product specialists to deliver compelling proposals and demonstrations
Consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
You're Our Person If...
You have 5 or more years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on CPQ, CLM, revenue management, or related domains
You are fluent in German and English; French is considered an advantage
You have experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and closing enterprise-level deals
You have the right to work in Switzerland
Even Better If...
You have experience selling Salesforce products or working within the Salesforce ecosystem
You have a background in industries such as manufacturing, technology, or financial services where revenue operations complexity is high
You have experience with subscription, usage-based, or recurring revenue business models
