Overview of the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) team as a Named Account Executive. In this role, you will champion digital transformation for a select portfolio of our most strategic MedTech or Pharmaceutical clients in Germany.
As part of our HLS division, you will help organizations connect their systems and data into a single, unified view of every patient and customer. Utilizing our cutting-edge Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud tools, you will empower our clients to deliver trusted care, improve outcomes, and lower costs.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive both daily momentum and long-term strategic growth. Your main focus areas will include:
Strategic Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key stakeholders within your assigned German enterprise accounts.
Account Team Leadership: Orchestrate a cross-functional internal team (including Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Partners) to build and execute a unified account strategy.
Value-Based Selling: Position the full Salesforce Customer 360 suite by creating tailored business cases, ROI analyses, and compelling digital transformation narratives.
Forecast & Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast revenue goals and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close high-impact deals.
Your Growth & Impact: You will gain deep expertise in leading complex, matrixed matrix sales cycles while playing a direct role in modernizing healthcare delivery across Germany.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Enterprise Sales Track Record: Proven success selling complex enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives.
HLS Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of industry trends and digital transformation challenges within the MedTech or Pharmaceutical sectors.
Matrix Team Experience: Demonstrated success leading and collaborating with cross-functional account teams in a matrixed corporate environment.
Strategic Planning: Strong experience building and executing long-term account plans for high-value, top-tier clients.
Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both German and English, with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not strictly required, we would love it if you have:
Existing relationships and a strong network within the German healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device ecosystem.
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or related CRM solutions.
Experience navigating rapid industry shifts and translating complex technical capabilities into simple, value-driven business outcomes.
