Description

About the Role:

Field service work is fundamentally about capturing what happened in the field — and making that data useful, fast. From structured inspection forms to photos, videos, and customer signatures, the richness and accuracy of field-captured data directly determines the quality of every downstream decision, report, and AI-powered automation.
As Senior PM for Field Intelligence, you will own the strategy and execution for how Salesforce Field Service captures every type of field data — across structured forms, multi-modal inputs, customer-contributed content, and generated artifacts. You will lead the migration of the installed base from Flow onto the new Data Capture substrate, and help define what AI-native data collection looks like for the world's leading field service organizations. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of mobile, AI, and enterprise field operations — based in our Tel Aviv hub.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the Field Intelligence roadmap end-to-end — from vision and strategy through quarterly delivery, across structured data capture, multi-modal inputs, customer-contributed content, and generated artifacts

  • Lead the Flow Migration Program — define the migration path, tooling, and incentives that move the installed base from Flow to Data Capture as the default mobile data primitive

  • Drive the evolution of forms, fields, validation logic, and repeated sections — the core substrate on which every captured-data workflow runs, regardless of vertical or use case

  • Build multi-modal input experiences the field actually generates: image, video, signature, barcode, voice memo, and scanned document capture — designed for offline-first, hardware-integrated mobile environments

  • Define how end customers contribute data into the service workflow — pre-visit photos, intake forms, e-signatures, and follow-up uploads — with elegant, low-friction experiences for non-Salesforce users

  • Close the loop: turn captured field data into customer-facing reports, signed agreements, inspection summaries, and AI-generated work documentation

  • Embed AI throughout capture workflows — auto-population, anomaly detection, intelligent field defaults, AI-assisted form generation, and natural-language data input powered by Agentforce

  • Collaborate across Scheduling, Work Orders, Mobile Platform, and AI/Einstein teams to ensure captured data flows cleanly into automation, reporting, and model training pipelines

  • Spend time with frontline technicians and Salesforce admins to develop sharp product intuition and turn user empathy into high-conviction design decisions

  • Drive enterprise-grade quality — meeting compliance, auditability, and integration standards for regulated industries including utilities, manufacturing, and healthcare

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping mobile apps, enterprise data platforms, form builders, or field productivity tools

  • Hands-on experience designing or shipping AI-powered features — LLM integrations, predictive UX, or intelligent automation — with strong intuition for where AI creates real versus superficial value

  • Deep understanding of offline-first mobile architectures, native app constraints, and cross-platform (iOS/Android) development tradeoffs

  • Fluency with data modeling, workflow automation, integrations, and the organizational complexity of deploying to large, distributed field workforces

  • Experience driving customers or internal teams through significant platform transitions, with strong change management instincts

  • Comfort going deep with engineering on APIs, data schemas, sync architectures, and mobile SDKs to unblock delivery

  • Proven ability to lead matrixed teams across engineering, design, and partner organizations in a globally distributed environment

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English strongly preferred

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, or adjacent enterprise platforms

  • Background in industries with intensive field operations — utilities, telecoms, manufacturing, or healthcare

  • Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar AI/ML product capabilities

  • Experience shipping products to frontline or deskless workforces
