Director, Professional Services Operations – LATAM

About the Role

We are looking for a Director, Operations leader to serve as the strategic backbone of our LATAM Professional Services organization. This Director-level role is equal parts program manager, business partner, and trusted advisor to the leadership team — translating organizational strategy into operational excellence across a complex, multi-country region.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP/RVP and senior leadership team, providing data-driven insights and operational counsel to inform critical business decisions
  • Partner closely with executive stakeholders to shape and execute the regional strategy, acting as a connective layer across functions and geographies
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by influence — aligning Finance, ES, Recruiting, Marketing, Support, Delivery, and Legal without formal authority over those teams


Program & Portfolio Management
  • Own the end-to-end operational rhythm of the LATAM Professional Services business, including governance
  • Drive complex, multi-workstream programs from design to execution — managing competing priorities, escalations, and dependencies across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and other LATAM markets
  • Define and enforce operational processes and ensure consistent adoption across the org


Headcount & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with ES, Recruitment, and Finance to manage headcount plans, backfills, net new positions
  • Track and reconcile HC approvals, budget alignment, and hiring execution — escalating blockers to leadership and coordinating across GOC, recruiting, and HCMs
  • Support workforce planning discussions, including headcount analysis and org design


Business Operations & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs and flag risks proactively — whether in GTM or Delivery


Stakeholder & Communications Management
  • Act as a central point of coordination for the leadership team across internal programs
  • Represent the operations function in leadership forums, synthesizing complex topics into clear executive-level narratives


What We’re Looking For
  • 15+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategy roles, ideally within a large-scale technology or professional services organization
  • Proven track record as a senior program manager driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Deep understanding of Professional Services business models — including revenue recognition, resource management, billing, and delivery operations
  • Experience partnering with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders as a strategic advisor, not just an executor
  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable with headcount planning, budget tracking, and revenue forecasting conversations
  • Exceptional ability to lead through influence, build trust across organizational boundaries, and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Fluency navigating a multi-country, multi-language region (LATAM experience strongly preferred)
  • High operational rigor combined with strategic thinking — you can zoom in on process details and zoom out to the business picture with equal ease
